Job Summary

Technical Sales Engineer role focused on supporting major clients (e.g., ADNOC group and Shell) with pre‑sales activities for AC/DC UPS systems, battery and rectifier solutions. You will review specs, prepare quotations and BOQs, perform sizing calculations, coordinate with manufacturing, and help convert opportunities into orders through technical presentations and timely customer engagement.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Submit detailed responses to inquiry documentation and provide technical solutions, including costing as part of quotations.
•Respond to customer questions and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
•Engage with customers to gather inquiry information for sales proposals, including technical product selection, quotation documents and costing through BOQs and standard specifications.
•Perform battery capacity calculations based on load profiles, battery breaker calculations, and rectifier rating calculations.
•Coordinate with factory and interact with customers for clarifications during the pre-order stage and support during order execution if required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related field;
•At least 5 years of experience with AC/DC UPS systems, DC chargers, LV distribution boards and related industrial applications;
•Experience handling projects with major companies (e.g., ADNOC Onshore, ADNOC Offshore, Shell);
•Ability to develop costing as part of quotations and prepare BOQs and standard technical specifications;
•Strong communication and customer engagement skills for pre-order and post-order support
