•Understand commerce growth history in global markets, identify strategic opportunities, and optimize overall business efficiency.
•Establish and lead the Business Strategy and Operations team; break down business goals, define sub-goals/plans, and design communication and decision-making mechanisms to ensure progress.
•Organize exploration of best practices, abstract effective operational methodologies applicable locally, promote cross-team learning, and strengthen knowledge transfer.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, track work plans and priorities, and support business leaders with decisions on key projects, strategies, and execution.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience as a strategic leader across Operational Strategy, Management Consulting, Growth Strategies, Commercial Analysis, and/or Enterprise Management.
•Oversee strategic projects and drive cross-team collaboration, influencing decisions using data and actionable insights.
•Build and lead a team in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment focused on business growth and efficiency.
•Use strong written and oral English plus Chinese (or Japanese) for internal stakeholder communication across global/Chinese-speaking regions.
•Preferred: Knowledge of business models like TikTok and other content-based platforms, with experience working across multiple markets, sectors, and countries.
