Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive continuous, proactive monitoring and reporting of information security and cyber risk key risk indicators (KRIs) and control deficiencies.
  • •Provide global expert support to operating entities to execute risk management activities, identify control deficiencies, and define actionable mitigations.
  • •Collaborate with operating entities and group functions on third-party cyber risk management and cyber risk assessment activities aligned with group policies.
  • •Facilitate operating-entity user-group discussions to exchange best practices, provide updates, and drive continuous improvement of information security risk management.
  • •Support key global information security initiatives to strengthen cyber resilience, ensure regulatory compliance, and minimize data leakage and cyber attack risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Practical experience and information security governance/management system implementation, with relevant certifications such as CISM, ISO27001, or CRISC.
  • •Proven experience working in large, diverse international organizations with steering and monitoring responsibilities (including leading without authority).
  • •Experience in Information Security Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management, and use of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools.
  • •Fluency in English; proficiency in a second major language (e.g., German, Italian, Spanish) is a plus.
  • •Background in project management with a focus on information security is a plus.
