Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and communicate a long-term vision for multiple teams, deciding where Wise owns workflows and where it integrates.
  • •Set and own measurable customer outcomes (setup effort, payment accuracy, on-time delivery, exception resolution, and reconciliation) and hold teams accountable.
  • •Shape exceptional UX at scale, making financial operations simple for small businesses while staying fast and powerful for finance teams.
  • •Use customer insight, data, economics, and technical judgement to validate opportunities before significant investment.
  • •Lead through others by coaching Product Managers, building healthy teams, staying close to execution, and aligning across key Wise functions around trade-offs and shared outcomes.

Salary: GBP 120,000 - 155,000 annually

  • •Create and deliver long-term product strategy in complex domains, turning ambiguity into clear choices and measurable outcomes.
  • •Set a high bar for customer discovery, product craft, UX, prioritization, and execution, and coach Product Managers using research, data, and economics.
  • •Bring strong experience in business payments, accounts payable, payroll, accounting workflows, or adjacent B2B financial software.
  • •Use customer insight, data, economics, and technical judgement to size opportunities, define success measures, and make responsible investment choices in regulated environments.
  • •Demonstrate hands-on leadership by moving between strategy and product/system detail to unblock critical work, improve quality, and accelerate learning.
