Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the end-to-end offer and pre-hire process from offer acceptance through start date, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant onboarding.
  • •Manage offer activity globally and ensure required steps and approvals are completed on time.
  • •Prepare, review, and issue offer documentation, contracts, and addenda using approved templates and regional guidance.
  • •Coordinate and track pre-hire activities including background checks, work authorization, references, and other market-specific requirements.
  • •Maintain accurate data and documentation across HR systems (ATS, HRIS, background screening platforms, and digital signature tools) and identify and resolve or escalate delays and data discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition operations, onboarding, recruiting coordination, or a similar process-driven role, ideally in a global or multinational environment.
  • •Proven ability to manage deadline-driven processes with multiple collaborators, regions, or time zones, with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • •Confidence working with HR and recruiting systems (e.g. ATS, HRIS, background screening and digital signature tools) and Microsoft Office.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, supportive style for candidates and internal partners.
  • •Strong integrity and confidentiality, with experience handling sensitive candidate and employee data with a focus on compliance and data accuracy.
