Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership to a 25-member flow assurance team and develop the team’s technical capability.
•Train and mentor team members while leading projects assessing fluid flow within oil and gas production systems.
•Contribute to best practices and support key technical decision-making and innovation.
•Support the Regional Manager with project proposals, bid submissions, and tender document preparation.
•Ensure alignment with quality management systems and industry standards, and achieve project goals with presentations to internal teams and clients.

Key Requirements

•Significant proven experience in flow assurance engineering with international consulting experience.
•Hands-on use of flow assurance simulation tools including OLGA, PIPESIM, SPS, PIPENET, Ledaflow, TLNET, and TGNET.
•Ability to represent Chennai office clients effectively and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
•Experience managing a team of flow assurance engineers, including recruitment, training, and development responsibilities.
•Engineering degree required; postgraduate qualifications preferred.
