Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and nurture senior management relationships with the customer and own the operational customer relationship to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • •Create strategies and processes with the customer for performance metrics, escalation, change management, and communication.
  • •Serve as the primary contact for operational and tactical issues; manage customer expectations via performance metrics, reporting, and escalation communication plans.
  • •Own expense/cost targets by developing, implementing, and monitoring expense controls for service delivery requirements.
  • •Lead hiring and provide managerial and technical expertise to cross-functional teams (including 3rd-party vendors) to meet performance goals and deliver SLA requirements cost-effectively.

  • •First level university degree or equivalent education and experience combination.
