Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders (architects, engineers, and supply chains) to deliver compliant construction projects.
  • •Analyze and monitor critical milestones, schedules, and governance processes; ensure best practices are applied on all projects.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and other reporting as required, including independent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs.
  • •Monitor progress across multiple construction projects simultaneously and ensure approved design standards are correctly applied.
  • •Forecast and update key milestones and budgets; manage supplier interfaces, local design teams, and client relationships, including technical support and RFIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills to work effectively with the broader team.
  • •Ability to analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
