Operations Lead_현대백화점 목동점

Drive efficient, profitable store operations as a key member of the store leadership team. Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink, manage receiving/shipping and stockroom processes, and support sales floor replenishment and visual standards. Partner with Operations and Visual Managers on reporting, budgets, expenses, supplies, vendors, technology, and facilities. Coach Operations Associates through onboarding, feedback, and performance management while helping maintain a safe, clean, welcoming store environment.
