Key Responsibilities

•Process and verify incoming equipment from Army units and match items to turn-in documentation (DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts).
•Update Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP) to reflect receipt transactions and stage/transfer items to warehouse or yard locations.
•Prepare and process outbound shipments of Army equipment and generate/review shipping documentation (DD Form 1348-1A, bills of lading, TCMDs, DD Form 1149).
•Coordinate with transportation teams for scheduling, loading, and dispatch; verify load plans and ensure cargo packaging, marking, and securing.
•Maintain accurate logs and file shipping/receiving/discrepancy reports while ensuring OSHA/Army/company safety procedures and HAZMAT compliance.

Travel: Extensive travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.37 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED preferred.
•2–4 years of shipping, receiving, or supply experience preferred (military or contractor environment experience acceptable).
•Familiarity with Army supply/transportation documentation and systems highly desirable.
•Knowledge of Army regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1) and transportation standards (DTR 4500.9-R).
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to operate forklifts/pallet jacks; OF 346 licenses preferred.
