Key Responsibilities

  • •Define realistic and ambitious execution plans by securing stakeholder alignment and commitment on deliverables, milestones, resources, and budgets.
  • •Mobilize designers and engineers to achieve objectives without direct hierarchical authority.
  • •Structure internal governance and lead projects through four key technical pillars (corrosion roadmap, repairability roadmap, maintenance escalation, interchangeability issues).
  • •Collaborate transversally with Customer Services and the Chief Engineer’s team to clarify and materialize market expectations.
  • •Identify execution risks, develop contingency plans, monitor compliance (time, cost, quality), and present progress and trade-offs up to Airbus Canada’s Executive Committee.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in aerospace engineering or equivalent.
  • •Minimum of 15 years of engineering experience, including 3 to 5 years in structural/airframe engineering.
