Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Associate Director

Lead enterprise-wide risk management programs to identify, measure, monitor, and control risks across the organization. You’ll oversee key initiatives spanning Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), controls testing, GRC platform/program, third-party risk management, policy framework, and technology/information security risk management. Partner with leadership on special risk initiatives, drive enhancements to risk frameworks and reporting tools using automation and best practices, and manage a small team while improving continuous monitoring and escalation readiness.
