Job Summary

Establish and mature Zip’s PMO from the ground up, defining governance, standard methodologies, and delivery frameworks for enterprise deployments. Lead, mentor, and hire a growing team of project managers while directly driving complex, high-priority implementations end to end. Oversee global onboarding portfolio governance, track delivery metrics to improve time-to-value, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to resolve blockers and support executive escalations.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect and implement Zip’s PMO standards, methodology templates, and tooling to create a scalable delivery practice.
•Directly manage, mentor, and hire project managers, setting performance expectations and supporting career pathing.
•Own and drive end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise implementations, balancing leadership with hands-on execution.
•Oversee global portfolio governance for enterprise onboardings, including capacity planning and delivery timelines.
•Define delivery and operational metrics (e.g., time-to-value, milestones hit) and run executive escalation management to resolve blockers.

Salary: USD 120,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, technology consulting, or complex project management.
•3+ years of direct people management experience, growing and mentoring technical implementation teams.
•Proven success building, launching, or significantly up-leveling a PMO function in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
•Deep familiarity with enterprise financial systems, procurement workflows, or large-scale ERP implementation methodologies.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence executive decision-making.
