Senior Operations Manager, Healthcare Billing/Denials

Lead denials management and claims optimization within the Business Operations team. Own end-to-end claims lifecycle improvements, conduct root-cause analysis on rejections and denial trends, and manage key operational metrics like throughput and denial rates. Build scalable, repeatable workflows and partner with account managers and clients to troubleshoot issues, while collaborating with product, engineering, and sales to refine internal tools and workflows.
