Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive adoption of Fin by helping prospects understand and unlock AI capabilities to automate and scale support operations.
  • •Embed with strategic customers to understand business challenges and technical requirements, providing insight for measurable results.
  • •Code side-by-side with customer technical teams to drive projects through to completion.
  • •Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and actionable product feedback.
  • •Codify forward deployed engineering best practices and share insights from customer engagements to scale the function.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong engineering background, preferably in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics.
  • •Experience building a SaaS product with real-world usage, ideally including startup/founder experience.
  • •Interest in AI/ML and the ability to quickly learn novel problems, capabilities, and architectures.
  • •Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to navigate organizational boundaries and drive customer outcomes.
  • •Deep coding ability in at least one high-level programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Ruby) and proficiency writing REST APIs.
