Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first-line onsite technical support and field engineering to clients by identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems.
  • •Restore service by managing incidents and driving them to effective resolution while avoiding SLA misses.
  • •Ensure client infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational, including installation/configuration of solution software.
  • •Investigate alerts and first-line support calls to identify root causes; log incidents with required detail and escalate to L2/L3/venders when needed.
  • •Update incidents with progress/resolution details, follow standard tracking tools/processes, and ensure shift-change handover continuity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
  • •Associate-level networking certification (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA).
  • •Entry-level experience with networking technologies such as routing, switching, and wireless.
  • •Entry-level experience providing technical support and remote support for networking technologies.
  • •Entry-level experience diagnosing and troubleshooting networking incidents and problems.
