Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage workflow of portfolio managers and credit analysts, owning end-to-end loan execution including prioritization and timelines.
  • •Serve as the primary escalation point for standard transactions and portfolio risks.
  • •Partner with the sales team to develop and maintain client relationships and ensure a timely credit process.
  • •Interface with clients in-person, by phone, and email to assess credit needs, determine structures, and complete loan prescreening.
