Customer Experience Banker - El Dorado North

Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers in a branch setting, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. Identify customers’ financial goals, recommend appropriate deposit and other banking products, and process transactions accurately while balancing daily. Resolve customer issues, educate customers on consumer deposit products, and use a disciplined sales and follow-up process to drive new referrals and partnerships. Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
