Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product roadmap for assigned Card Services API and developer portal areas through launch and adoption.
  • •Translate client, market, and business needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Prioritize backlog using data, client impact, and business value, defending trade-offs with stakeholders.
  • •Partner with engineering and design in agile delivery to plan sprints, remove blockers, and keep delivery on track.
  • •Improve API/developer experience via documentation, onboarding journeys, self-service, and success metrics using adoption and usage data.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of experience in product management (or closely related) in a software/technology organization.
  • •Hands-on experience managing API-based or platform products, including working with API specifications and developer-facing capabilities.
  • •Working knowledge of cards, payments, and the financial services domain.
  • •Strong analytical skills to use data to frame problems, size opportunities, and measure outcomes.
  • •Experience with agile delivery and product tools such as Jira and Confluence; bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
