Job Summary

Lead loan origination in the Infrastructure and Real Assets Capital Markets team, partnering with front-office relationship managers across EMEA. •Maintain and grow networks with banks, institutional investors, and DFIs to monitor market trends across sectors and asset classes.
•Drive end-to-end syndication and co-financing strategies, supporting marketing strategy and high-quality pitch materials.
•Oversee governance, risk, documentation, and pipeline management while leading and developing junior team members.
