Key Responsibilities

  • •Set technical strategy for your team on a year-long time scale and connect it to business-impacting projects
  • •Lead software engineering for all cards in the EU, owning architecture across cards and EU counterpart relationships
  • •Collaborate across product development with product management, design, and analytics to manage technical sustainability, risks, and trade-offs
  • •Drive “keep the lights on” operations through monitoring, triage rotations, playbooks, policies, testing, and alerting
  • •Foster quality and ownership by setting code review and design standards, advocating beyond the team, and helping develop talent
