Job Summary

Join Visa’s Global Finance Shared Services team within Global Revenue Operations. You’ll review and analyze client contracts, coordinate with Legal and internal stakeholders on incentive funds, and validate project details and documentation in the system. Act as a contracts SME, support timely revenue recognition, help govern controls for accounting policies, and produce standard reporting and ad-hoc analyses for business and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and analyze contracts to ensure information is accurate, complete, and policies are followed with proper documentation.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on Client Incentive funds and coordinate with Legal for contract visibility and execution.
•Validate project details and documentation in the system prior to submission and provide guidance to the business as the contracts SME.
•Assist with revenue recognition by ensuring timely updates in the financial system and govern controls around revenue recognition and accounting policy for contracts.
•Execute standard reporting and data sharing, and support ad-hoc projects and analyses for the team and leadership.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree and an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, CA/ICWA).
•Ability to review and analyze contracts for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance with proper documentation.
•Knowledge/experience supporting revenue recognition in a financial system on a timely basis.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g., Power Query) and Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate) are a plus.
