Grinder (1st shift)

Set up and run grinding operations by loading, unloading, inspecting, cleaning, and pre-treating parts and assemblies in the paint area. Grind frames for printing in the grinding room while maintaining quality metrics related to scrap and rework. Complete a structured 6-month introductory period focused on learning standard work, safety, and continuous improvement, and support a well-organized, safe, and clean workplace.
