Process Technician I

Operate and monitor production processes to ensure quality and customer specifications are met while running machines across multiple lines. Report accurate production numbers, perform preventative maintenance, and execute tool changes and repairs following HECP LOTO procedures. Conduct or assign quality checks (including burst testing, salinity, and weights), organize tooling, communicate with maintenance and vendors, and help direct inspectors/packers to meet production goals. This onsite role is based at the Portland, IN plant.
