Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate delivery team capacity planning, talent acquisition, and staffing to deploy Agentforce at enterprise scale.
  • •Recruit, mentor, and develop Technical and Strategic Builders while fostering an inclusive, psychologically safe engineering culture.
  • •Provide ultimate technical escalation for portfolio architecture, LLM techniques, data pipelines, and agentic orchestration; unblock complex customer deployments.
  • •Assess customer technical readiness, resolve data readiness and tool/integration challenges, and codify standardized delivery methodologies.
  • •Drive executive-level Agentforce activation and sustained production value, monitor delivery health/velocity/consumption metrics, and align with Services, Account Success, and Product for pilot-to-production delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of direct people management or high-impact technical leadership steering cross-functional engineering/technical teams, including hiring, mentoring, and scaling talent.
  • •Advanced architectural understanding of AI and LLMs with hands-on experience in enterprise software implementation, data modeling, API integration, and AI deployments.
  • •Direct, hands-on experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and the Agentforce platform, including orchestrating to unblock enterprise scale.
  • •Strong enterprise customer focus with executive-level communication and influence; comfortable working with customer CTOs and enterprise architects.
  • •A ship-it mindset with exceptional problem-solving and resourcefulness, thriving when code is actively being shipped.
