Waiter (QA)

Deliver excellent guest service by greeting customers, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and entering them into the point-of-sale system. Serve orders promptly and professionally, checking in during the meal to address questions or concerns. Handle payments, maintain a clean and organized dining area, follow health and safety and sanitation practices, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
