Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Quality Assurance Department and run the Quality Assurance program and Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001.
  • •Develop, implement, and continuously improve a compliant QMS across all project departments through auditing, evaluation, and analysis.
  • •Evaluate department performance against ISO requirements, statutory and regulatory requirements, PWS requirements, and QMS requirements; develop procedures and work instructions as needed.
  • •Lead internal audit planning and manage corrective and preventive actions (CARs and PARs), including monitoring and resolution support with department teams.
  • •Perform independent problem analysis, determine scope and course of action, conduct root-cause analysis, and conduct process/product measurement and analysis per ISO 9001.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •5–10 years of quality assurance/quality control experience in a manufacturing, depot, or industrial production environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods; LSSGB/LSSBB certification preferred.
  • •Experience with inspection processes, quality audits, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) development.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions; familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality measurement tools.
