Counsel II

Provide legal counsel and guidance on corporate and operational matters, including insurance claims and litigation, to protect the company’s legal rights and ensure compliance. Assist with organizing and directing the company’s legal activities, drafting and reviewing contracts and insurance policy documents, researching statutes and case law, and advising internal departments and corporate personnel. Coordinate with General Counsel and outside legal counsel as needed.
