Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and manage an Integrated Work Team to deliver subcontractor outputs and achieve project milestones on time, safely, to the right quality, and within budget.
  • •Develop and demonstrate high levels of SHE behaviours, promoting safety awareness and ensuring risk management and compliance.
  • •Account for subcontractor outputs for safety, quality, work acceptance, and cost performance.
  • •Submit and manage resource demand information and ensure team delivery aligns with Level 3 schedules and service order bookings/housekeeping.
  • •Control account management (CAM) for assigned scope, including maintaining a work breakdown structure, scheduling and assigning work, tracking progress and actual costs, and reporting against the baseline schedule.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 72,000

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering, production, or maintenance teams in a safety-critical environment.
  • •Experience managing subcontractors and driving performance against quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
  • •Knowledge of project controls, including Control Account Management (CAM), cost tracking, scheduling, and progress reporting.
  • •Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead continuous improvement and operational change.
  • •Strong resource planning and delivery management skills to deliver work safely, on schedule, and within budget.
