Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute transformation strategies to optimize downstream processes, improve operational excellence, and increase profitability.
  • •Define and prioritize innovation roadmaps in partnership with senior leadership, aligning initiatives with business objectives and market trends.
  • •Oversee large-scale transformation programs, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and realization of intended benefits.
  • •Streamline business processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to improve productivity and drive cost savings.
  • •Establish transformation and innovation metrics (KPIs) and provide regular progress reporting and strategic recommendations to executives and the board.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • •Minimum 15 years’ experience in oil and gas downstream operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership role driving transformation or innovation.
  • •Proven track record leading large-scale transformation projects in the oil and gas sector.
  • •Deep understanding of downstream operations, market dynamics, and technological advancements.
  • •Strong leadership, project management, communication, and the ability to influence across organizational levels.
