Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data/Business Analysis, or Data Science) or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •8 years of experience in predictive modeling, model governance, machine learning, and large data analysis, or an advanced degree (Master's/PhD) with 6 years in these areas.
  • •3 years of direct management experience.
  • •Strong communication skills to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences, including senior executive management.
  • •Hands-on experience with data science tools such as SQL, Python, R, Spark, and Hadoop, and modeling techniques across regression, time series, survival analysis, clustering, and deep learning.
