Key Responsibilities

•Implement, administer and maintain cost control system and procedures to track project budgets, commitments, expenditures and forecasts for projects of medium complexity and value.
•Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates and support change control processes.
•Integrate estimates, contract values, and management reserves into a comprehensive cost baseline.
•Validate contractor bids, internal estimates, and ensure cost alignment with the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
•Lead development of monthly cost reports, providing variance analysis, trend summaries, cash flow forecasts, and cost-to-complete estimates.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in Project Controls, Estimating, and Cost Control on major infrastructure or transit projects.
•8+ years of experience in complex, high-profile, mega construction projects.
•Knowledge of cost control processes, budgeting, forecasting, and change management.
•A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Construction Management or a relevant subject.
•Relevant expertise in cost control software (EcoSys, Prism, SAP, Oracle, etc).
