Job Summary

Lead the management, reporting, and planning of financial and accounting activities for the Woodstock Manufacturing Plant. Own budgeting, financial analysis, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and manufacturing cost forecasting. Deliver timely financial results and insights on risks, opportunities, and KPIs, while strengthening internal controls to comply with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley. Manage and develop the plant financial team and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead budgeting, financial analysis, and financial reporting for the plant, including presenting results, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
•Manage the month-end close process within SAP and reconcile plant balance sheet accounts.
•Develop and maintain financial standards (financial BOMS) and provide cost forecasting, analysis, and productivity pipeline insights.
•Ensure integrity of financial records and safeguarding of assets by maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley.
•Conduct self-assessment audits, manage internal/external audits, and lead process improvements while supporting KHMS teams and plant productivity initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 104,200 - 130,200 annually
