Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead budgeting, financial analysis, and financial reporting for the plant, including presenting results, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • •Manage the month-end close process within SAP and reconcile plant balance sheet accounts.
  • •Develop and maintain financial standards (financial BOMS) and provide cost forecasting, analysis, and productivity pipeline insights.
  • •Ensure integrity of financial records and safeguarding of assets by maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley.
  • •Conduct self-assessment audits, manage internal/external audits, and lead process improvements while supporting KHMS teams and plant productivity initiatives.
