Key Responsibilities

  • •Load new loans and renewals to the bank’s host computer system.
  • •Maintain loan accuracy after booking, including reviewing loan file maintenance.
  • •Clear in-process, unposted, and pass-thru accounts/items related to loan transactions.
  • •Process participation payments and advances and administer communications with other banks to keep participation balances aligned.
  • •Support loan personnel with corrections, research/problem discovery, and administration of special asset accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Able to perform loan data loading, maintenance, and monitoring duties reliably and accurately.
  • •Equivalent education and experience including four years of high school plus specialized training and 19 to 23 months of related experience (or an equivalent combination).
  • •Effective communication skills for responding to questions in person, in small groups, and with customers/clients.
  • •Mathematical skills to calculate interest, amounts, proportions, and percentages and apply related concepts to practical situations.
  • •Critical thinking skills to define problems, collect data, interpret technical instructions, and draw conclusions.
