Key Responsibilities

  • •Answer technical data inquiries and provide timely technical data updates for the F135 engine.
  • •Drive customer satisfaction by influencing JTD through process improvements and incorporation of engineering requirements.
  • •Review limits development documents from a sustainment perspective and provide customer support engineering approval.
  • •Evaluate JTD change requests using technical expertise and sustainment process knowledge.
  • •Perform source data authoring (creation, quality reviews, workflow resolutions, task assignments) and resolve customer comments.
