Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for employee IT support across hardware, software, access, and troubleshooting.
  • •Own device lifecycle management across macOS and Windows, including MDM, provisioning, procurement, and secure offboarding.
  • •Administer core identity and SaaS systems (SSO, Google Workspace, Slack) including access onboarding and offboarding.
  • •Manage the NYC office’s IT infrastructure, including networking, AV, conference rooms, and on-site hardware.
  • •Build and document IT processes/runbooks and run IT onboarding for new hires for a seamless day-one experience.
