Universal Banker (Atlee Branch)

Deliver an exceptional customer experience while handling teller transactions and driving sales through needs-based conversations. You’ll build loyalty, educate customers on digital banking tools, and proactively set appointments via outbound calling and teller-assisted referrals. Prospect for new customers, deepen existing relationships, and partner with other lines of business to identify lending and other financial needs. Manage cash duties, resolve customer issues, and meet branch sales goals while adhering to BSA/AML and operational compliance.
