Job Summary

Senior Automation & Integration Engineer to architect end-to-end AI-driven automation across the Celonis stack. Design and implement scalable automation workflows (Make and other tools) with Workday integrations, partner with Legal/Finance/HR/IT, drive AI-powered solutions, ensure security and data integrity, and mentor teammates to enable scalable, compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and Build: Develop and implement robust, scalable AI automation workflows using Make as the primary integration platform to connect core business systems, with particular focus on Workday as our primary ERP.
•Orchestrate and Integrate: Take full ownership of technical solutions, managing data flows, transformations, and database manipulation to ensure seamless integration between tools — including Workday Finance and Workday HCM
•Innovate with AI: Proactively explore, evaluate, and implement AI applications (both within and outside of Make) to boost our solutions and drive operational efficiency.
•Collaborate and Engage: Partner with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, HR/PC, IT and other departments to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, acting as the technical bridge between business needs and systems capability.
•Experiment and Secure: Champion experimentation by testing new technologies while balancing innovation with a mindful approach to security, data integrity, and scalability — especially when handling sensitive financial and people data in Workday.
