Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate machinery to ensure continuous flow of product through the production process and use proper ingredients/supplies.
  • •Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed; notify the supervisor if maintenance is required while maintaining a safe work environment.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve jams and equipment malfunctions; maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
  • •For Raw: perform operator care including lubrication, inspections/adjustments, repairs, cleaning, sanitation, and participate in line-side problem-solving.
  • •For RTE: monitor robotic pocket fill, peeler and cook/chill systems, maintain throughput/yield/quality/food safety, identify defects, resolve jam-ups, and handle materials and scales.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 3 months of machine or packer operator experience (documented on your application).
  • •Minimum of 6 months of continuous work in the last 3 years.
  • •Willing and able to be exposed to cold/damp environments with temperatures ranging from 28-42 degrees.
  • •Willing and able to lift, push, or carry up to 50 lbs.
  • •Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive motions and stand 8-12 hours a day.
