•Prepare and distribute project status reports covering progress, risks, issues, and upcoming milestones.
•Track risks and issues and manage mitigation actions to improve project health visibility and support decision-making.
•Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to gather inputs, align priorities, and communicate project updates.

•3+ years of experience maintaining project timelines, tracking milestones, managing risks and issues, and preparing status reporting for cross-functional stakeholders.
•Experience using project management and collaboration tools for documentation, reporting, and dependency tracking (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
•Experience using approved AI tools to improve project documentation, reporting workflows, and process consistency.
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
