Predictive Maintenace Tech

Conduct predictive maintenance testing and analysis on manufacturing equipment to keep operations safe, reliable, and efficient while meeting food safety and quality standards. Perform ultrasonic testing, thermography, and oil analysis; generate detailed reports and initiate corrective work orders based on equipment criticality. Maintain predictive maintenance databases and routes in maintenance systems, coordinate with planners and supervisors, support contractor activities, and train maintenance technicians on alignment and belt tensioning.
