Key Responsibilities

•Own ambitious data problems and develop simple, scalable solutions that have a clear impact on health and wellbeing.
•Build features and tools powered by data to directly help our members and inform internal teams.
•Analyze health consumption patterns, understand product usage, create visibility to help sales and automate member reimbursements.
•Contribute to all 3 aspects of the data spectrum (analytics, engineering, science) and take ownership of infrastructure in a nimble data stack (SQL, Python, R, Airflow, Snowflake, Metabase).
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data work with business goals and share learnings across the organization.

Key Requirements

•Proficient in SQL, Python and/or R.
•Experience or willingness to grow in analytics, engineering, and science across the data spectrum.
•Great listening and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively.
•Fluent and clear in English, both oral and written.
•Humble, kind, collaborative, and committed to growth regardless of seniority
