Key Responsibilities

  • •Own ambitious data problems and develop simple, scalable solutions that have a clear impact on health and wellbeing.
  • •Build features and tools powered by data to directly help our members and inform internal teams.
  • •Analyze health consumption patterns, understand product usage, create visibility to help sales and automate member reimbursements.
  • •Contribute to all 3 aspects of the data spectrum (analytics, engineering, science) and take ownership of infrastructure in a nimble data stack (SQL, Python, R, Airflow, Snowflake, Metabase).
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data work with business goals and share learnings across the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient in SQL, Python and/or R.
  • •Experience or willingness to grow in analytics, engineering, and science across the data spectrum.
  • •Great listening and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively.
  • •Fluent and clear in English, both oral and written.
  • •Humble, kind, collaborative, and committed to growth regardless of seniority
