Senior Investor Reporting Analyst

Lead investor reporting analysis within the department, supporting management and junior analysts while managing a complex workload. Interpret pooling and servicing, sub-servicing, interim servicing, and participation agreements to determine portfolio reporting and remittance requirements. Review new transaction setups and modifications, monitor realized loss calculations and appraisal reduction amounts, and compile industry trend data for rating agency and MBA inquiries. Communicate with rating agencies, trustees, investors, and 17g-5 providers with required confidentiality.
