Job Summary

Lead a service sales team to deliver both financial and non-financial targets for the assigned office/region. Set regional market and sales strategies, coach frontline sales tactics, and build long-term customer relationships through frequent customer visits. Drive KPIs such as orders, sales, profit margin, service contract rates, and service market share while managing costs and supporting collections. Key Responsibilities

•Develop office/region market strategy and tailored sales strategies by customer type, including coaching frontline sales to execute tactics.
•Lead the team in frequent and effective visits to build long-term, stable customer relationships and identify production opportunities based on customer needs and value-based selling.
•Drive financial and non-financial KPIs for the assigned office/region (e.g., orders, sales, profit margin, service contract and in-service rates, service market share) while managing costs and proactively supporting collections.
•Improve the sales team’s daily sales behaviors through regular meetings and opportunity reviews to increase customer visit coverage, conversion rates, and service market share.
•Maintain relationships with local key and major customers; coordinate cross-department resources (e.g., order management, operations, technical support) and build a talent pipeline through training and development tools.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) or a related engineering field.
•10+ years of HVAC equipment service experience, including familiarity with central air-conditioning, mechanical room systems, water systems, terminal air-conditioning systems, and control systems.
•Proven frontline service sales experience, including understanding service customer characteristics such as procurement cycle/process and opportunity discovery.
•At least 3 years of experience managing a service sales team, with knowledge of sales opportunity funnel management and data sensitivity.
•Strong communication and coordination skills, team collaboration mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt to new management approaches.
