Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers in a defined commercial market. Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems, coordinating with team leaders/project managers and customers to plan on-site installations and repairs. Use blueprints, hand tools, and cutting-edge software/technology to diagnose equipment issues while enforcing safety standards, maintaining asset accountability, and mentoring team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform end-to-end testing, downloading programming, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
•Serve as direct customer contact to ensure satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
•Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs.
•Use cutting-edge software/technology plus hand tools and blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
•Enforce safety standards, maintain security/accountability of company assets, and mentor team members, including occasional overtime and overnight stays as needed.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27.69 - 51.49 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent, or certificate of completion from an accredited technical school.
•Typically 10+ years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training preferred.
•EPA Universal Certification required.
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld computer devices (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
