Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain complete and accurate records of Government-Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor-Acquired Property (CAP).
  • •Conduct regular property inventories, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare adjustment documentation; monitor receipt, issue, storage, movement, and disposal of government property.
  • •Manage property records in PIEE modules (including GFP Module and WAWF), uploading, validating, and updating records to ensure contract compliance.
  • •Prepare and submit required property management reports (e.g., LDD reports, utilization reports, annual inventory certifications) and support audits by DCMA, DCAA, or Army auditors.
  • •Provide guidance and training to site personnel and develop property management SOPs aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and contract requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of property management, supply, or logistics experience (Army contractor or military experience strongly preferred).
  • •Hands-on experience with PIEE (including the GFP Module) and WAWF.
  • •Knowledge of FAR 45, DFARS 245, AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent military experience acceptable).
  • •Ability to obtain and retain a Common Access Card (CAC) with Tier 1 Investigation; Real ID; valid driver’s license. Also ability to travel as required.
