Job Summary

Design and deploy high-speed networking technologies to support AI/LLM applications, and build platforms for monitoring, analysis, and diagnosis of large-scale AI/LLM networks. Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and deploy high-speed network technologies to support AI/LLM applications.
•Design and develop platforms/systems for monitoring, analysis, and diagnosis of large-scale AI/LLM networks.
•Conduct R&D on high-performance AI communication frameworks and network protocol stacks.
•Co-design host–network–application optimizations to improve scalability, reliability, and performance of AI/LLM networks.
•Build next-generation AI network infrastructure for large-scale heterogeneous network hardware with innovative, deployable solutions.

Key Requirements

•Completing or having recently completed a PhD in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•Proficiency in computer networking and network programming.
•Proficiency in one or more mainstream programming languages, including C/C++, Python, or Go.
•Familiarity with advances in high-speed network systems, including RDMA, congestion control, and AI network optimization.
•Experience with high-performance communication frameworks (e.g., NCCL, MPI, RPC libraries) and/or AI network diagnosis and performance optimization.
