Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute space, capacity, and capital strategies for APTM WPM factories using scenario-based tradeoff analysis.
  • •Model WPM capacity across manufacturing segments using demand forecasts, tool roadmaps, and customer scenarios to evaluate demand-capacity tradeoffs.
  • •Perform SnOP demand and capacity analysis to identify gaps, constraints, and response scenarios, translating insights into executive-ready recommendations.
  • •Analyze tradeoffs between space, capacity, throughput, and CapEx to optimize factory economics and ROIC, including implications for timing and risk.
  • •Integrate capacity strategies across APTM organizations and related functions, synthesize internal/external data, and build new planning/modeling capabilities while communicating under tight timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (or similar) with 4+ years of experience, or Master’s with 3+ years, or a PhD in industrial engineering or similar.
  • •2+ years of experience in foundry manufacturing systems design, supply chain, capacity planning, or operations research.
  • •1+ years of experience with statistical analysis tools.
  • •1+ years of experience using Excel for analytics and data modeling.
  • •1+ years of experience with project management in fast-paced manufacturing environments, managing multiple priorities.
