Key Responsibilities

  • •Support HR programs focused on recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and talent initiatives.
  • •Assist recruitment activities including creating job postings, resume review, candidate pre-screening, and supporting recruitment reporting and metrics.
  • •Contribute to onboarding and employee experience by updating welcome guides, checklists, FAQs, and other employee resources.
  • •Coordinate leadership development and mentorship programs, including communications and resource management.
  • •Support training and development initiatives and maintain organized HR records, file structures, and process documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Human Resources or a related degree.
  • •Must be returning to full-time studies upon completion of the work term.
  • •Must attach your most recent unofficial or official transcript with your application to be considered.
  • •Available to work full-time in the Calgary office for the duration of the 4-month work term (May to August 2027).
  • •Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
