Job Summary

Interpret complex internal and external business issues in the proposals discipline and recommend best practices. Solve difficult proposals-related problems with minimal guidance and provide specialist expertise across the commercial function. Lead proposals and coordinate with functional managers to align bids with objectives and strategy, while driving cost base delivery, risk review and management, and process compliance across the business line portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

•Interpret internal and external business issues in the proposals discipline and recommend best practices.
•Lead proposals and coordinate with functional managers to achieve bid objectives and strategy alignment with Business Development/Sales.
•Ensure preparation and timely submission of assigned tenders with proposals specialists and senior proposals specialists.
•Oversee bid submission and subsequent clarifications, managing and facilitating bid delivery meetings, review processes, and presentations.
•Drive accountability for cost base delivery, risk review and management, and process compliance across the business line portfolio.

Key Requirements

•7 years of Bids & Proposals experience.
•Ability to work in a team and also act as a team leader.
•Maintain key competencies associated with the Proposals function.
•Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
